I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the prestigious industry leading, Coaching Training Institute (CTI).
With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations and Marketing from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Canada, I previously worked in HR for one of the leading banks in the Middle East, the National Bank of Kuwait, as well as the world’s largest building materials supplier and cement producer, CEMEX, in Dubai.
After this, I became an entrepreneur, working as a partner in my family business, Elevay, and playing an instrumental role in growing its operation.
In 2013, I became the first female Arab faculty member at CTI, where I train and supervise future generations of coaches – something I am extremely grateful for and proud of.
I have completed a range of courses and certifications over the years and believe in the power of continuous learning and development. I believe that success isn’t static, and we should always be growing as individuals.
All of my programs and offerings are based on my personal and professional experience and are influenced by the many assessments, theories, models and tools I have learnt throughout my journey.
